The mission of the Healthy City Project is to improve the ability of low-income, underserved children, adolescents, and their families to access services and advocate for critical resources in their communities. At its core, Healthy City is an information portal that offers unprecedented access to the largest database of community resources, demographic/health data, and cutting edge GIS mapping technology.

Through our comprehensive information and referral tools, a family can now walk through the door of their local service provider and be instantly connected to thousands of other service providers throughout the region. Through our community profiling tools, community leaders and policy makers can instantly view the demographic, economic, and health status of a community and see how well resources are distributed to address the community's needs.
